Hi! We'd like to clarify that this product was received brand new and sourced directly from an authorized retail store in Canada. The Milani Conceal + Perfect Longwear Concealer is sold according to its stated net quantity, rather than how full the tube visually appears. We also shared store-sourced product images showing that the fill appearance of the unit received was consistent with how the product is sold at retail.
Regarding the texture, this is a long-wear, fast-setting concealer and can feel comparatively dry depending on application and skin type.
