We take claims regarding product authenticity very seriously. We would like to state clearly that all of our products are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from authorized Canadian retailers and official brand sources, including Canadian drug stores and e.l.f. Cosmetics. We maintain purchase records, receipts, and inventory documentation, which can be provided for verification when required.
Your review states that you “feel” the product is not original, but no evidence or specific concern has been provided to support this claim. Publicly questioning a business’s authenticity without any basis can be misleading to other customersreview the matter, provide proof of authenticity, and assist you appropriately. We are always happy to investigate legitimate concerns and provide verification.
